Job Requirements
- must possess skill, knowledge, and ability essential to successful performance of duties
- minimum 3 years prior skilled food preparation and service experience
- knowledge and practice of kitchen sanitary control techniques
- ability to work variable shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to read, write and follow oral and written instructions in English
- ability to maintain work pace appropriate to workload
- ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- must be able to provide proof of work authorization

Job Duties
- perform food preparation and meal assembly tasks
- deliver meals to patients and other areas
- assist with catering events and special food service needs
- operate dishwashing and sanitation equipment maintaining hygiene standards
- ensure compliance with kitchen safety and sanitary procedures
- help train new food service workers
- maintain effective communication with team members and other departments
