Job Requirements

  • be at least 21 years old
  • have the legal right to work in the US
  • possess a valid passport
  • fluency in English
  • successful completion of a comprehensive medical and background check
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • availability to be on-call
  • willingness to complete paid leadership training in Istanbul, Turkey

Job Qualifications

  • minimum three years of flight attendant experience with a major international airline
  • proven leadership experience as a purser or senior/deputy cabin crew member
  • fluency in English
  • legal right to work in the US
  • valid passport
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Job Duties

  • lead pre-flight safety and service briefings
  • manage and oversee cabin crew performance and compliance
  • act as the main communication link between the flight deck and cabin crew
  • handle escalated passenger issues and inflight emergencies with authority and empathy
  • ensure accurate inflight documentation and reporting
  • uphold safety and security standards throughout the cabin
  • deliver consistent, award-winning inflight service
