Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • three to five years of culinary management experience
  • experience with high volume production and catering
  • knowledge of cost control practices
  • ability to lead and manage a team
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to maintain kitchen safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Manages cost controls and controls expenditures for the account
  • plans and creates all menus
  • purchases and manages inventory
  • rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
  • leads and manages a team of associates
  • oversees kitchen safety and sanitation
  • collaborates with culinary and wellness teams to ensure quality and compliance
