Job Requirements
- Culinary degree preferred
- Experience in food service sectors such as hotels, full-service restaurants, bars, catering, business and industry, or institutional channels
- Understanding of culinary principles, cooking techniques, and safe food handling
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills including written, verbal, and virtual
- Leadership and team development skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Flexibility to adapt in fast-paced settings
- Availability for limited travel (25 percent)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move boxes up to 35 pounds
- Proficiency in computer operation and screen viewing
Job Qualifications
- Culinary degree preferred
- Seasoned experience in food service including hotels, full-service restaurants, bars, catering, business and industry or institutional channels
- Corporate Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of culinary basics including cooking techniques, product characteristics, safe food handling, and ideation
- Ability to work independently and prioritize with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills including written, verbal, and virtual communication
- Leadership skills with focus on team building and fostering partnerships
- Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in live customer engagement
Job Duties
- Assist culinary team in management of projects, planning and driving events, both internal and external including procurement, set up, prep and breakdown
- Performance-test products in applications
- Translate consumer-centric trends using culinary knowledge into concepts, solutions, and recipes
- Collaborate with team to promote company brand and create customer opportunities
- Assist in creation of marketing materials including videos, newsletters, and product testing reports
- Assist in product trainings including creation of materials and application demonstrations
- Participate in the global KHC culinary community sharing trends, recipe ideas, and best practices
- Support food demonstrations internally and externally
- Ensure culinary knowledge aligns with regional/channel taste preferences
- Partner with marketing, R&D, product and packaging, sales, and insights teams
- Support customer demonstrations
- Provide culinary support for Kraft Heinz Ingredients team
