Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Four or more years of related work experience preferred
  • Open availability for varying shifts
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical duties
  • Food handler certification preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to follow recipes and food safety standards

  • Knowledge of classical and contemporary cooking techniques
  • Ability to follow complex recipes
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods
  • Follow complex recipes and product directions
  • Produce small to large batch goods using advanced and full range of classical and contemporary cooking, plating and garnishing techniques
  • May have oversight over production staff, train and assign tasks
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
