Job Duties

  • Oversee and support culinary operations across six hospitals
  • Manage purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis, and food production forecasting
  • Provide district support including staff training, catering supervision, and staff development
  • Ensure implementation of Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality
  • Motivate and develop team members to embrace culinary innovations
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
  • Utilize automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems
