Job Duties
- Oversee and support culinary operations across six hospitals
- Manage purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis, and food production forecasting
- Provide district support including staff training, catering supervision, and staff development
- Ensure implementation of Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality
- Motivate and develop team members to embrace culinary innovations
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- Utilize automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems
