Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
- Flexible availability to work any shift including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work varying shifts as scheduling needs change
- Good physical condition to perform patrols
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Willingness to undergo security training and obtain necessary licenses
Job Qualifications
- Flexible availability willing and able to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays and any shift day, swing, or overnight
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Documentation of high school diploma or GED
- Able to pass an extensive screening process
- Strong report writing skills
- Good eyesight and excellent focus
- Strong proficiency with technology
- Security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
- State security license BSIS Guard Card and completion of 32 hours BSIS training
- Willingness to obtain California Guard Card with company support
Job Duties
- Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
- Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
- Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
- Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
- Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
- Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
