Job Requirements

  • No previous customer service experience required
  • Willingness to undergo security training
  • Must be able to pass background checks
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
  • Must be reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in receptionist, hospitality, or retail is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Willingness to learn and complete security training
  • Positive attitude and outgoing personality

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors to client sites
  • Monitor and control access to premises
  • Provide customer service and information to clients’ employees and visitors
  • Maintain order and enforce site rules and regulations
  • Conduct regular patrols and surveillance of the premises
  • Report any suspicious activity or security breaches promptly
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to front desk and security functions
