Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
- Ability to complete extensive screening process
- Possess a BSIS Guard Card and 32hr. security training or willingness to obtain during hiring process
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient phone and computer skills

- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
- Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience preferred
- Possess a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and an additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings
- Ambitious with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to engage with others and inspire confidence
Job Duties
- Administering non-contact temperature checks and health-related questionnaires to employees and visitors entering the facility
- Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
- Following protocols for denying or restricting entry to anyone with elevated temperature or a health risk
- Maintaining a safe and healthy environment by controlling access points
- Monitoring and authorizing the entry and exit of personnel and vehicles through security gates and access points
- Conducting regular patrols of the premises, including the building interior, production areas, and perimeter fence
- Operating and monitoring surveillance equipment and CCTV cameras to detect and deter unlawful acts or security breaches
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Answer questions in person or by phone
- Documenting security-related incidents, daily activities, and observations in detailed reports
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
