Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to pass background and screening checks
- Flexible availability for any shift including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- State security license (BSIS Guard Card) or willingness to obtain
- Ability to travel to assigned locations including Pismo Beach and Santa Barbara
- Exhibit professionalism and reliability
Job Qualifications
- Flexible availability to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays
- High school education or equivalent (GED)
- Able to pass an extensive screening process
- Security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record
- State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and 32-hour BSIS security trainings
- Willingness to obtain California Guard Card license with company support
Job Duties
- Monitor the premises to ensure security
- Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
- Control access points and verify identities
- Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
- Write detailed reports on events and incidents
- Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
