Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Able to adapt to flexible work schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willing to travel to Pismo Beach and Santa Barbara areas
- Valid driver's license
- Clean motor vehicle record
- State security license (BSIS Guard Card) or willing to obtain it
- Pass extensive screening process
Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent (GED)
- Able to pass an extensive screening process
- Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus
- Driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
- Possesses a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr BSIS security trainings
- Willingness to obtain California Guard Card license with company support if needed
Job Duties
- Monitor the premises to ensure security
- Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
- Control access points and verify identities
- Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
- Write detailed reports on events and incidents
- Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
