Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license for the state or commutable area
- One month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of customer and personal service principles
- Ability to read and write standard English
- Ability to comprehend simple instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group settings
- Basic math skills with American money units
- Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
- Ability to understand applicable rates based on time passed
- Ability to operate manual transmission is highly desirable
- Ability to perform parallel parking

Job Duties
- Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers and clients
- Acknowledge and greet guests warmly within five feet
- Use guest last names during interactions
- Use appropriate salutations and welcome guests
- Practice proper phone etiquette
- Park and retrieve vehicles cautiously and safely
- Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage
- Open doors for guests and assist with directions, taxis and reservations
- Provide information about local amenities and attractions
- Deliver messages and guest amenities as requested
- Shuttle guests as approved by location
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures
- Issue claim checks upon receiving vehicle keys and collect claim checks prior to issuing keys
- Complete and maintain all ticket and vehicle information accurately
- Calculate and collect revenue for parking when needed
