Job Requirements

- 1+ years of food running or bussing preferred
- ServSafe, Food Handling, and Alcohol training certifications required

Job Duties
- Deliver concessions items, kitchen items, and bar items to guests including utensils, sauces, and napkins while embodying Nice and Amazing Service by following all In Seat Dining procedures
- work closely with expediter to ensure all food is delivered simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- demonstrate commitment, and integrity at all times - double check that orders are correct and complete and communicate with kitchen/expediter/supervisors if they are not
- guide guests through the menu and suggest promotions, add-ons, or upselling, demonstrating knowledge of menu and Cinepolis offerings if guests would like to order more items
- clean auditoriums removing all dishes, trash, and providing managers with any found items
- be of service to your team members and assist them when needed including scanning tickets for guests, cleaning and restroom checks, and ringing up guests at concessions or box office
- navigate guest complaints and assist with requests or direct them to proper resource if unable to assist
