Job Requirements
- Completion of a High School diploma or equivalent
- required to lift boxes up to 20lbs repeatedly
- able to work evenings weekends and holidays
- professional presentation excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in both fast-paced and slower environments
- proficiency with point-of-sale POS systems and other basic technology is a plus
- excellent problem-solving skills positive attitude team player

Job Duties
- Warmly greet every customer as they enter and sincerely thank them as they exit
- manage customer traffic especially during busy periods to ensure a smooth and organized flow
- offer shopping assistance such as providing beverages and directing customers to specific product locations
- maintain a positive and approachable attitude to enhance the overall customer experience
- answer customer questions about products promotions and store policies
- act as a RIMOWA brand ambassador by sharing relevant information about the store's products mission and upcoming events
- perform retail associate duties during slower periods such as restocking shelves organizing displays and assisting with transactions
