Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Dependable punctuality and attendance
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English
- Ability to meet daily sales goal challenges
- Physical ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Capability to perform stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching including above eye level
- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment required
- Frequent use of computers and handheld technology for transactions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn and demonstrate product knowledge quickly
- Comfortable handling electronic devices and register transactions
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Adaptability to changing priorities and business needs
Job Duties
- Greet customers with warmth and enthusiasm
- Understand and meet customers’ needs through personalized product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor
- Merchandising new receipts and updating signs and pricing
- Assist customers in fitting rooms with product knowledge and hospitality
- Meet and exceed daily sales goals through effective selling strategies
- Support team collaboration and provide a positive work environment
