Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel, service, or specialty store environment preferred
- familiarity with computerized POS systems preferred
- ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- excellent communication skills
- ability to use electronic devices for extended periods
- adherence to dress code standards
- availability to work scheduled shifts, including breaks and meals
- compliance with loss prevention and security policies

Job Duties

- prepare fitting rooms and review customer profiles

- identify the perfect gown or dress in initial try-ons
- set and follow up on future appointments
- communicate alterations importance and promote services
- ensure accurate measurements for orders
- maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards
- uphold dress code policies
- promote loyalty and partner programs
- respond promptly to customer inquiries
- maintain sales productivity using the 5-Step Selling Process
- support cash wrap behaviors and accurate transactions
- achieve platform conversion and add-on sales goals
- set appointments for entire wedding parties
- complete product knowledge and fashion trend training
- execute assigned processes, promotions, and visual merchandising changes
- support team sales, service, and operational goals
