- valid driver’s license
- physical capability to lift up to 70 pounds
- pass DOT physical exam
- ability to work varied shifts including Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- willingness to wear UPS-provided uniform and adhere to appearance standards
