Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
  • Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience is a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Completed food handlers certification
