Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Completed food handlers certification
