Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to maintain physical stamina for repeated bending, lifting and standing
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow safety and housekeeping protocols

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with employees, guests and owners
- Possess ability to work independently and follow instructions
- A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with team focus
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms
- Maintain and adhere to housekeeping detail standards
- Clean, vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies
- Make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
- Sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens
- Maintain positive customer and associate relationships
- Respond appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction
- Handle guest issues to resolution
