Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to maintain physical stamina for repeated bending, lifting and standing
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow safety and housekeeping protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with employees, guests and owners
  • Possess ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with team focus
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms
  • Maintain and adhere to housekeeping detail standards
  • Clean, vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies
  • Make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
  • Sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens
  • Maintain positive customer and associate relationships
  • Respond appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction
  • Handle guest issues to resolution
