Job Duties
- Clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms
- Maintain and adhere to housekeeping detail standards
- Vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies
- Make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
- Sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens
- Maintain positive customer and associate relationships
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction
