Job Requirements
- Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Continuous mobility throughout the store during shifts
- Frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and twisting during shifts
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25 lbs during shifts
- Compliance with company policies and dress code
- Willingness to learn and stay informed about products and services
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Demonstrated passion for guest service and selling
- Proficient with technology including Point of Sale systems and Apple devices
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ability to troubleshoot issues
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail and service sales goals
- Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging guests
- Personalize service according to guest needs and answer product and service questions
- Handle customer service, sales, refunds, exchanges, and assist with online orders
- Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
- Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver excellent guest experiences
- Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise presentation including stocking and signage
- Follow company policies and dress code
- Participate in merchandise resets, inventory, and shipment processing
- Protect company assets and follow loss prevention practices
