Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and school breaks
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and/or move 20-50 pounds
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic math and cash handling skills

  • Comfortable being exposed to cold and hot weather conditions
  • Ability to work well within a team as well as independently
  • Successfully be able to learn cash register and point-of-sale system responsibilities

Job Duties

  • Processing all transactions through the ticketing point-of-sale system
  • Validating tickets and admitting entry into the park, including seamless entry of school groups and summer camps
  • Handling membership inquiries and explaining benefits as needed
  • Providing excellent service to guests including maintaining general knowledge of park attractions, amenities, and enforcing general park rules
  • Preparing reports as required
  • Assisting the team in performing any additional gate operational duties
