Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and school breaks
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and/or move 20-50 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math and cash handling skills

- Comfortable being exposed to cold and hot weather conditions
- Ability to work well within a team as well as independently
- Successfully be able to learn cash register and point-of-sale system responsibilities
Job Duties
- Processing all transactions through the ticketing point-of-sale system
- Validating tickets and admitting entry into the park, including seamless entry of school groups and summer camps
- Handling membership inquiries and explaining benefits as needed
- Providing excellent service to guests including maintaining general knowledge of park attractions, amenities, and enforcing general park rules
- Preparing reports as required
- Assisting the team in performing any additional gate operational duties
