- Previous experience in food service management, ideally in a school, daycare, or institutional setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team

Job Duties
- Foster a café environment that aligns with the mission and values of the Catholic school, promoting kindness, community, and service
- Plan and implement special events in the café that align with school celebrations, such as Catholic feast days or community service initiatives
- Incorporate sustainable and ethical food practices where possible, reflecting Catholic teachings on stewardship and care for creation
- Work closely with school administrators, faculty, and parents to ensure the café meets the needs of the school community
- Participate in regular meetings with school leadership to review café operations and discuss ways to improve the service or offerings
- Engage with students and staff to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction with the school café’s offerings
