Job Duties
- Prepare large quantities, by various cooking methods, meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables
- season and cook all cuts of various meats, fish, and poultry
- boil, steam, or fry vegetables
- make gravies, soups, sauces, roasts, meat pies, fricassees, casseroles, and stews
- attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
