Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- Minimum of one year experience in restaurant back of house kitchen
- Ability to accurately perform measurement conversions present on recipes
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Advanced knowledge of kitchen stations and cooking methods
- Ability to accomplish tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven ability to work collaboratively
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Sensitivity to cultural norms and diverse perspectives
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Successful completion of restaurant training program
- Authorized to work in the United States of America
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Report to work on time in approved uniform
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area
- Season, cook, and plate side station food products to Ruth's Chris standards
- Assist with station closing duties and kitchen cleanliness
- Monitor and restock food, condiments, plateware, and supplies
- Communicate with broiler cook for coordinated food preparation
- Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions
