Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a sauté cook or similar role in a professional kitchen
- Knowledge of sauté techniques and the ability to handle various ingredients effectively
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, including sauté pans, induction burners, and other tools
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Team player with good communication skills
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy pots and pans

Job Duties
- Master the sauté station, ensuring dishes are cooked to perfection with proper techniques
- Execute high-volume service efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
- Work with fresh, seasonal ingredients, preparing sauces, proteins, and composed dishes
- Follow all recipes, portioning guidelines, and plating standards for a seamless guest experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station throughout service
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team, working in sync with expeditors and fellow cooks
- Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols to uphold our commitment to excellence
