Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in hotel or related field
  • Supervisory experience required
  • Prefer a 2-year college degree with 3 or more years of related experience or a 4-year degree with at least 1 year of related experience
  • Effective in handling stressful, high-pressure situations
  • Compliance with certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional service in all food and beverage areas, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere for guests and employees
  • Manage financial aspects of the department, including budgeting and revenue improvement, to meet and exceed targets
  • Anticipate and address issues proactively to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
  • Clearly convey information and ideas, listen to and resolve concerns, and maintain open lines of communication with all stakeholders
  • Utilize Windows operating systems, spreadsheets, and word processing tools for effective management and reporting
  • Motivate, coach, and discipline food and beverage personnel, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures
