Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years experience in food and beverage or hospitality management
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- effective leadership and interpersonal abilities
- basic computer proficiency
- willingness to undergo background checks
Job Qualifications
- proven experience in food and beverage management or a related hospitality role
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- financial acumen including budgeting and cost control
- knowledge of health safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems quickly
- relevant hospitality certifications are a plus
Job Duties
- lead and manage all food and beverage outlets including room service lounge and banquets
- oversee daily operations to ensure excellent guest service and operational efficiency
- manage budgets and control costs to meet financial goals
- develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve guest satisfaction
- recruit train and supervise food and beverage staff
- ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations
- resolve guest complaints and troubleshoot operational issues promptly
