Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years experience in food and beverage or hospitality management
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • effective leadership and interpersonal abilities
  • basic computer proficiency
  • willingness to undergo background checks

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience in food and beverage management or a related hospitality role
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • financial acumen including budgeting and cost control
  • knowledge of health safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems quickly
  • relevant hospitality certifications are a plus

Job Duties

  • lead and manage all food and beverage outlets including room service lounge and banquets
  • oversee daily operations to ensure excellent guest service and operational efficiency
  • manage budgets and control costs to meet financial goals
  • develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve guest satisfaction
  • recruit train and supervise food and beverage staff
  • ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations
  • resolve guest complaints and troubleshoot operational issues promptly
