Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a retail or food service environment
- Ability to work shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Physically capable of handling stock and performing manual tasks
- Must be customer service oriented

Job Duties
- Manage department teams and supervise staff to ensure high-quality customer service and operational efficiency
- Oversee store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and compliance with health and safety standards
- Lead and coordinate kitchen and bakery activities ensuring product quality and food safety
- Train and mentor new employees to foster skill development and teamwork
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage stock levels to meet customer demand
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and budgeting
- Assist in implementing marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales
