Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a retail or food service environment
  • Ability to work shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Physically capable of handling stock and performing manual tasks
  • Must be customer service oriented

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in retail or supermarket management preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of inventory management and food safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Manage department teams and supervise staff to ensure high-quality customer service and operational efficiency
  • Oversee store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and compliance with health and safety standards
  • Lead and coordinate kitchen and bakery activities ensuring product quality and food safety
  • Train and mentor new employees to foster skill development and teamwork
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manage stock levels to meet customer demand
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and budgeting
  • Assist in implementing marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales
