Job Requirements
- Must have a Class A or B commercial driver's license
- minimum age 21 as per Federal D.O.T. regulations
- must be able to pass a D.O.T. physical and drug screen
- past route sales experience preferred
- good driving record

- basic knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations
Job Duties
- Drive truck over established route to deliver and sell dairy products to customers
- follow all Department of Transportation regulations
- collect money, make change, and record transactions on customer receipts
- write customer orders and instructions
- record sales or delivery information on daily records
- call on prospective customers to solicit new business
- prepare order forms and sales contracts
- inform customers of new products and services
- resolve service complaints
- load and unload products at destination
- place stock on shelves or racks
- set up merchandise and sales promotion displays
- issue sales promotion materials to customers
- collect or pick up empty containers and unsold merchandise
- keep the inside of the truck clean
- perform routine maintenance on the truck
- work and drive in a safe, courteous, and efficient manner
