Job Requirements
- Prefer prior experience in sales, sales support or a similar field
- Prefer college degree in business, marketing or relevant field of study
- Ability to provide compassionate support to families
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to pass drug screening and comply with company policies

- Proficiency in managing sales documentation and follow-up

Job Duties
- Performing initial contact, follow-up contact and residence tours for potential customers and/or family members
- Assuring community awareness of the residence through design, implementation, and maintenance of outreach programs for referral sources and community organizations
- Developing and executing lead events according to approved event schedule
- Maintaining budgeted occupancy goals and documenting all sales activity
- Assisting with the "Ready for Company" standard and coordinating the 100 Hours/100 Days program
