Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field preferred
- minimum of 3 years experience in hotel or conference center sales management
- demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- proficiency with sales and CRM software
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- willingness to work flexible hours
- valid driver’s license
