Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a sales coordination or customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Knowledge of hotel operations and event planning
- Proficient in computer and office software
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Flexible schedule to accommodate event timings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hotel sales or event coordination preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation software
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Customer service oriented
Job Duties
- Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner
- Answer client and bookers questions about property facilities and services
- Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests
- Responsible for coordinating internally with the sales and marketing team
- Generate reports and prepare proposals
- Collect details and coordinate with clients and suppliers
- Ensure events and meetings run smoothly by working with various hotel departments and outside vendors
