Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a sales coordination or customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and event planning
  • Proficient in computer and office software
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate event timings

Job Duties

  • Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner
  • Answer client and bookers questions about property facilities and services
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests
  • Responsible for coordinating internally with the sales and marketing team
  • Generate reports and prepare proposals
  • Collect details and coordinate with clients and suppliers
  • Ensure events and meetings run smoothly by working with various hotel departments and outside vendors
