Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field experience preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing, or real estate/homebuilding industry preferred
- proficient in Office 365
- experience in Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, and project management software preferred
- excellent attention to detail
- excellent interpersonal skills, writing, and communication skills
- ability to complete tasks on deadline
- creative and innovative
- ability to work in a team environment
- strong critical-thinking skills with a positive attitude and adaptability in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment
- able to lift and carry 30-40 lbs for event setup, signage installation, and supply management
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and outside normal business hours during community events, model openings, and promotions

Job Duties
- Partner with sales managers and onsite agents to ensure communities are equipped with up-to-date sales collateral and promotional materials
- coordinate signage including model home signage, spec home signage, A-boards, flags and ensure installation is consistent and professional
- assist in setting up and merchandising model homes and sales centers including staging, marketing collateral, and branded displays
- support sales promotions such as VIP programs and seasonal campaigns and execute at the community level
- manage the creation and distribution of marketing assets such as flyers, brochures, promotional materials
- collaborate with vendors for community photography, Matterport tours, videography, signage, staging, spec maintenance, and community events
- execute grand openings, trade appreciation celebrations, and community lifestyle events by coordinating logistics, event supplies, and on-site presence
