Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods with periodic breaks
- Perform repetitive motions including use of hands and arms

Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry

- Proven leadership abilities and team development skills
- Excellent customer service and complaint resolution skills
- Experience managing budgets and achieving financial targets
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail especially regarding food quality and safety
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure customer satisfaction
- Lead and develop a team of restaurant staff
- Manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control
