Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods with periodic breaks
  • Perform repetitive motions including use of hands and arms
  • Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching
  • Capability to walk stairs and use step ladders
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

  • Adaptability to work in loud, fast-paced, and varying temperature environments
  • Awareness of workplace hazards like hot surfaces and wet floors

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Strong background in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant operations
  • Proven leadership abilities and team development skills
  • Excellent customer service and complaint resolution skills
  • Experience managing budgets and achieving financial targets
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail especially regarding food quality and safety

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Lead and develop a team of restaurant staff
  • Manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control
  • Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Resolve customer complaints and enhance guest experiences
  • Create a safe, clean, and efficient working environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and senior management
