Job Requirements
- High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent or technical training preferred
- No prior restaurant or management experience required
- Dependable and coachable
- Ready to grow into leadership
- Ability to work the restaurant hours of 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. daily
Job Qualifications

- Strong customer service skills
- Thorough knowledge of restaurant operations
- Ability to perform and train in all positions in the restaurant
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to maintain respect of team members, supervisors, and customers
- Ability to organize own workload and workload of others
Job Duties
- Interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, developing staff
- Giving direction, delegating, problem solving, resolving conflicts
- Enforce and maintains adherence to policies and procedures
- Controlling cash and making deposits
- Produces fresh, high quality food
- Ordering and managing inventory
- Responsible for new hire paperwork
- Plans, organizes, prioritizes coordinates and implements daily work schedules
- Manage daily sales reports and inventory reports
- Maintain attendance records
- Issue and grade skills tests
- Maintain a clean restaurant
- Ensure outstanding customer service is given to all customers
- Other duties as assigned
