Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent or technical training preferred
  • No prior restaurant or management experience required
  • Dependable and coachable
  • Ready to grow into leadership
  • Ability to work the restaurant hours of 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. daily

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent or technical training preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Thorough knowledge of restaurant operations
  • Ability to perform and train in all positions in the restaurant
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to maintain respect of team members, supervisors, and customers
  • Ability to organize own workload and workload of others

Job Duties

  • Interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, developing staff
  • Giving direction, delegating, problem solving, resolving conflicts
  • Enforce and maintains adherence to policies and procedures
  • Controlling cash and making deposits
  • Produces fresh, high quality food
  • Ordering and managing inventory
  • Responsible for new hire paperwork
  • Plans, organizes, prioritizes coordinates and implements daily work schedules
  • Manage daily sales reports and inventory reports
  • Maintain attendance records
  • Issue and grade skills tests
  • Maintain a clean restaurant
  • Ensure outstanding customer service is given to all customers
  • Other duties as assigned
