- No prior restaurant or management experience required

- Ability to work the hours of 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. daily
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Technical training or related subject preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Thorough knowledge of restaurant operation
- Ability to perform and train in all positions in the restaurant
- Ability to organize own workload and workload of others
- Show strong leadership qualities and maintain respect of team members, supervisors, and customers
Job Duties
- Interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, developing staff
- Giving direction, delegating, problem solving, resolving conflicts
- Enforce and maintain adherence to policies and procedures
- Controlling cash and making deposits
- Producing fresh, high quality food
- Ordering and managing inventory
- Responsible for new hire paperwork
- Plan, organize, prioritize, coordinate and implement daily work schedules
- Manage daily sales reports and inventory reports
- Maintain attendance records
- Issue and grade skills tests
- Maintain a clean restaurant
- Ensure outstanding customer service is given to all customers
- Perform other duties as assigned
