Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
- 1-3 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combinations of education and experience
- Valid California Food Handlers Card
- Ability to comprehend simple instructions and measurements
- Ability to read and follow recipes
- Proficiency in English both written and verbal
- Ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions
- Physical ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to adapt to changing work conditions and environment

Job Duties
- Wash, cut and/or cook vegetables, fruit, meat, fish, poultry and/or seafood to prepare for use
- Prepare and arrange vegetables and fruits for salads according to recipe and garnish using hand and electric food service equipment
- Set up of salad bar, clean equipment, work area, utensils, and refrigerator
- Use prep lists to determine production for the day and prepare ingredients for and mix salad dressings and sauces
- Maintain a fresh and attractive salad bar as well as the organization and cleanliness of the restaurant
- Assist different departments and teammates beyond primary job responsibilities as needed
- Participate in special projects and assist with other company operations as directed
