Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in a salad prep or pantry role
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to follow detailed recipes and portion controls
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • ability to work well in a team environment
  • willingness to learn and adapt

Job Duties

  • Set up station(s) according to restaurant guidelines
  • restock all items as needed throughout the shift
  • follow recipes, procedures, portion controls, and presentation specifications
  • clean and maintain station practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills
  • demonstrate understanding and knowledge of proper equipment use and maintenance
  • perform basic preparation duties including handling raw produce and meats following quality and food safety standards
  • perform additional responsibilities as requested by Chefs or Managers
