- strong communication skills
- ability to stand and move for long periods

- flexible availability including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Read tickets and finish plates
- run food or delegate to a team member
- describe dish being presented to the guest
- ensure guest satisfaction before returning to kitchen
- retrieve any items guests may need
- assist servers with side work during down times
- maintain a clean and organized workstation
- ensure station is stocked with items needed by both back of house and front of house
