Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 17 years
- Ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift
- Physical ability to lift, bend, kneel, stoop, squat, push and pull
- Ability to frequently lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Effective verbal communication and attentive listening skills
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions
- High school diploma, equivalency degree or related experience preferred
- Participation in E-Verify employment eligibility program required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency degree preferred
- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environment is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and good judgment
- Friendly and cooperative attitude with ability to take direction well
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is beneficial
Job Duties
- Presents self in courteous and professional manner to guests at all times
- Checks orders for accuracy prior to serving to ensure food items are as guests ordered including sides and extras
- Delivers food orders with appropriate garnishments
- Delivers food orders timely and simultaneously where multiple guests involved
- Communicates important information to guests and servers such as hot plates or drink requests
- Responds to guests' requests for condiments or other items
- Continually clears away dishes and debris from stations
- Has knowledge of table numbers and the physical layout of the restaurant to ensure prompt and proper service
- Brings guests' inquiries about food allergies to the Manager's attention immediately
- Ensures station is suitable for serving and meets company standards
