Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • high school diploma or GED certification
  • food handler’s and state alcohol certificate required
  • availability to work holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times
  • ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • ability to climb stairs
  • must be able to lift 50 pounds at times

Job Duties

  • Deliver food and drinks to guests with a friendly attitude
  • prepare drinks at drink station for guests
  • prepare popcorn, desserts and milkshakes for guests
  • execute daily food/beverage preparation list
  • practice high food safety guidelines and standards
  • know the full restaurant and bar menu, as well as presentation guidelines per item
  • maintain cleanliness of all common areas including lobby, restrooms, countertops, hallways, trash receptacles, game room, bowling lanes, self-service stations
  • complete all opening, closing and side-work duties
  • perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management
