Job Requirements
- Have an active driver's license
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Obtain a DOT medical certification
- Provide documentation regarding previous employment
- Meet all Department of Transportation requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or military service
- Ability to demonstrate strong customer service orientation
- Self-motivation and ability to work as part of a team
- Positive attitude with ambition, organization, and service spirit
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the position
Job Duties
- Build rapport with key decision makers in customer accounts
- Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns
- Grow existing customer base through upselling and cross-selling
- Negotiate service agreement renewals
- Control inventory and maintain vehicle safety and compliance
- Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
- Deliver and pick up uniforms, towels, and facility products
