Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to secure and maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement
- Must have a clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to obtain a DOT medical card
- Ability to lift and carry heavy loads daily
- Ability to work 45+ hour weeks with flexible schedules
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must have strong English language skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement
- Strong face-to-face sales and service orientation skills
- Ability to work independently in various weather conditions
- Physical ability to lift and carry 250+ units daily weighing up to 45 lbs each using handling tools
- Ability to climb in and out of commercial vehicles frequently
- Capable of working 45+ hour weeks including variable start and end times
- Ability to sit, stand, push, pull, and walk throughout the workday
- Ability to obtain a DOT medical card
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years
- Minimum age of 21 years per DOT regulations
- Strong English language proficiency for effective communication
Job Duties
- Operate a commercial vehicle safely and responsibly while following DOT documentation requirements
- Adhere to safety policies including no use of electronic devices while driving and promptly report incidents
- Provide courteous and professional customer service by delivering products accurately within scheduled timeframes
- Maintain accurate delivery and account information including cash handling and receipts
- Identify and implement efficiency improvements and offer actionable solutions to leadership
- Support team decisions and assist colleagues as needed
- Perform professional water dispenser cleaning services according to quality standards
- Upsell products and services adhering to pricing and promotion guidelines and meet monthly customer acquisition goals
