Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- ability to secure and/or maintain CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement where applicable
- must be 21 years of age or older
- ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs
- ability to climb in and out of commercial vehicle frequently
- ability to work 45 hours per week or more with variable hours
- clean driving record with no disqualifying offenses
- ability to obtain DOT medical card
- proficiency in English
- ability to work independently and efficiently in various weather conditions
- strong face-to-face sales skills
- ability to interact effectively with customers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement for applicable CDL positions
- service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills
- ability to work independently, efficiently, and in various weather conditions
- ability to effectively interact with customers in diverse settings
- ability to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day weighing up to 45 lbs using appropriate handling tools
- ability to climb in and out of commercial vehicle 40-55 times per day
- ability to work an average 45-hour week or more with variable start and end times
- ability to alternately sit, stand, push, pull, and walk all day
- ability to obtain a DOT medical card
- must possess a clean driving record
- proficiency in English for effective communication
Job Duties
- Operate a commercial vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, follow defined safe work practices, complete DOT required documentation daily
- adhere to safety policies including prohibiting use of electronic devices while driving, report any on-the-job incidents or driving status changes
- be courteous, outgoing, maintain a professional image
- deliver correct products to the right location during scheduled day and timeframe
- maintain necessary delivery information on all accounts including cash and receipts
- find opportunities to maximize efficiencies and bring actionable solutions to leadership
- support the team with decisions and help others when needed
- provide professional water dispenser cleaning services adhering to quality process
- adhere to pricing and promotion guidelines
- upsell additional products and services to existing customers
- achieve monthly customer acquisition goals
