Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to secure and or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (for applicable CDL positions)
- Must be 21 years of age or older (DOT requirement)
- Must possess and maintain a clean driving record
- Ability to obtain a DOT medical card
- Ability to lift and carry heavy units repeatedly
- Ability to work an average 45-hour week
- Ability to climb in and out of commercial vehicles frequently
- Ability to perform physical activities including sitting, standing, pushing, pulling, and walking all day
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to secure and or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement for applicable positions
- Service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in different weather conditions
- Ability to effectively interact with customers in various settings
- Ability to lift and carry 250 or more units per day weighing up to 45 lbs using appropriate handling tools
- Ability to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle 40-55 times per day
- Ability to work an average 45-hour week including variable start and end times
- Ability to alternately sit, stand, push, pull, and walk throughout the workday
- Ability to obtain a DOT medical card
- Must possess a clean driving record as defined by company standards
- Must be 21 years of age or older (DOT requirement)
Job Duties
- Operate a commercial motor vehicle safely and responsibly while following defined work practices
- Complete DOT required documentation daily
- Adhere to company safety policies including prohibition of electronic device use while driving
- Provide courteous and professional customer service maintaining a positive image
- Deliver correct products to customer locations within scheduled timeframes
- Maintain accurate delivery and account information including cash and receipts
- Upsell additional products and services to existing customers
- Provide professional water dispenser cleaning services following quality standards
- Support team decisions and assist coworkers as needed
- Identify operational efficiencies and offer actionable solutions to leadership
