Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to secure or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement
- Service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and in different types of weather
- Ability to effectively interact with customers in a variety of settings
- Ability to lift and carry an average of 250 units per day, each weighing up to 45 lbs, with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Ability to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle on average 40-55 times per day
- Ability to work an average 45-hour week or more, including variable start/end times
- Ability to alternately sit, stand, push, pull and walk all day, with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Must have the ability to obtain a DOT medical card
- Must possess a clean driving record as defined
- Must be 21 years of age or older (DOT requirement)

- Ability to obtain a DOT medical card
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Must be 21 years of age or older
Job Duties
- Operate a commercial vehicle safely in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
- Provide premium customer service to residential, commercial, and retail customers
- Deliver the correct products to the right location within scheduled timeframes
- Maintain accurate delivery and account information including cash and receipts
- Upsell additional products and services to existing customers to achieve monthly growth goals
- Perform professional water dispenser cleaning services following strict quality standards
- Support team members by sharing solutions and assisting with decisions when needed
