Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years of age
- have had a valid driver's license for at least 3 years
- must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
- must have valid state driver's license and documented safe driving record
- must meet Fleet Insurance Guidelines
- must adhere to federal, state, and local rules regarding the operation of a commercial motor vehicle
- must complete 4-week company paid RSR training
- must be able to push or pull up to 50 lbs regularly
- bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Job Qualifications
- sales experience
- delivery driver experience
- high school diploma or GED
- ability to work independently and as a team
- effective communication skills
- basic knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance
Job Duties
- order fresh baked products for route customers
- deliver products maintaining product quality and safety
- build and maintain strong customer relationships
- manage delivery vehicle daily including maintenance reporting and logs
- rotate products to maximize shelf life
- utilize marketing plans and data to increase sales
- adhere to federal, state, and local driving and safety regulations
