Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Hold a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
- Be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
- Have a valid state driver’s license with a documented safe driving record
- Meet Fleet Insurance Guidelines
- Adhere to federal, state, and local regulations regarding CMV operation
- Complete company paid RSR training
- Be able to push or pull up to 50 lbs regularly
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Sales experience
- Delivery driver experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to work early morning shifts and flexible hours
Job Duties
- Order and deliver fresh baked products to customer locations
- Maintain neat and professional appearance and build strong customer relationships
- Inspect delivery vehicle daily and keep accurate records
- Complete daily driver’s logs, time logs, and hours of service
- Increase sales by expanding shelf space and creatively displaying in-store promotions
- Maximize product shelf life through proper stock rotation
- Work flexible hours including early morning start times and non-traditional business hours
- Utilize data and marketing plans to drive customer growth and satisfaction
- Adhere to company training and safety protocols
