Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- have held a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
- ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
- valid state driver’s license and safe driving record
- meet fleet insurance guidelines
- adhere to federal, state, and local rules for CMV operation
- completion of 4-week company paid RSR training
- ability to push or pull up to 50 lbs regularly
- bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required

- delivery driver experience
- high school diploma or GED
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- adaptability to varying work schedules and early starts
- knowledge of product rotation and merchandising techniques
Job Duties
- Order and deliver fresh baked products to assigned routes
- maintain a neat, professional appearance including uniform compliance
- build and sustain strong customer relationships through excellent communication
- monitor delivery vehicle daily and keep accurate maintenance records
- complete required daily driver logs including time and hours of service
- increase sales by expanding shelf space and creatively displaying in-store promotions
- rotate products properly to maximize shelf life and minimize waste
